- 5 Day Work Week
- Salary commensurate with work experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Handles partial accounts (A/R, A/P, invoicing)
- Maintains & updating of accounting records
- Submit monthly project progress claims to main contractor.
- Evaluation and checking of main contractor’s payment certificate against project claim.
- Finalization of final accounts with main contractor
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments
- General Administrative duties.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least "O" / "N" Level or equivalent, Professional Certificate, Diploma
- Minimum 1 year accounting experience preferred
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
- Able to work independently and well organized.
- Able to start work on short notice.
