- Liaise with project team members for latest project status and keep track of it.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and processing payments and invoices in compliance with internal policies.
- Performing bank account verifications, and issuance & payment of settlement invoices.
- Project Support – verifying supplier/project status with external or internal stakeholders before processing payments
- Reconciling bank statements, developing financial reports, preparing taxes.
- Maintaining accounting records for both Corporate and Projects, where applicable.
- Support in the operations of procurement and logistics.
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma in Accountancy/Finance related
- Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant experience
- Good with Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with construction industry would be advantageous
