Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance and performance of centralised cooling systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Monitor system functionality and address any performance issues promptly.
- Coordinate responses to client requests and feedback within agreed service timelines.
- Plan, assign, and supervise both internal staff and external service providers to support ongoing maintenance and repair activities.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and resources to support preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Maintain accurate records of system performance, incidents, and service activities for internal and client reporting.
- Provide timely updates to management and stakeholders on system status, scheduled works, and any service disruptions.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working with ACMV / HVAC systems
- Well-versed in ACMV, HVAC and Chiller plant operations
- Independent and a good team player
