Founded in 2016, ADSC Education is an Education & IT development company based in Singapore. We operate early childhood education centres under the “Our Children’s House” brand and are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences for young children. We are currently looking for a meticulous and independent Admin Manager (Generalist) to join our team and support the full spectrum of backend operations.
This role is ideal for someone who can handle HR, finance, compliance (including ECDA requirements), and general administration in a structured and hands-on manner.

Admin Manager (HR / Accounts / General Admin / Preschool Backend Support)
Full-Time / 5-Day Work Week / Based in Singapore
[Key Responsibilities]
▶ Human Resource & Staff Management
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training schedules
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, CPF submissions, and tax-related documentation
- Track staff attendance, leave, and benefits
- Oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws
▶ Accounting & Finance Support
- Organize and maintain basic accounting records (invoices, receipts, claims)
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed
- Handle payroll-related documentation, staff reimbursements, and fund transfers
- Assist with budgeting and prepare simple monthly or quarterly financial reports
▶ Preschool Operations Support
- Assist with administrative tasks related to preschool operations
- Prepare and submit ECDA-related compliance documents and licensing materials
- Support enrolment tracking, parent communications, and scheduling
- Ensure timely follow-up on operational issues
▶ General Administration
- Maintain and update contracts and company records
- Draft internal reports and manage calendars for the leadership team
- Liaise with external vendors and coordinate across internal teams
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and executive support duties as required
[Requirements]
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration, HR, finance, or education operations
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) – Korean is not required
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and general office software
- Able to multitask across different functions in a small but growing organization
- Experience with ECDA compliance or preschool administration is a strong advantage

- Work Type: Full-Time
- Location: Singapore
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Salary Range: SGD 5,000 – 6,500/month (depending on experience)
