Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the office administration team and daily operations
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, maintenance, and service contracts
- Ensure smooth operation of office facilities, meeting rooms, and equipment
- Handle company licenses, insurance, and documentation filing
- Support HR, Finance and other departments in administrative needs
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including team supervision
- Strong organization, coordination and vendor management skills
- Familiar with office operations and government procedures in Singapore
