About the job
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the branch office, including facilities, supplies, IT coordination, and vendor management.
- Serve as the point of contact between the overseas office and the head office for HR, finance, and operations.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for local employees; ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee local accounting tasks such as petty cash, invoicing, and expense reporting; collaborate with finance team to ensure timely reporting.
- Organize meetings, company events, and travel arrangements for staff or visiting executives.
- Maintain office systems, procedures, and databases to ensure efficient workflows.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in the host country.
- Assist with localization of corporate policies and processes to align with local standards.
- Provide general support to the regional management team and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws, business practices, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in local language preferred.
- High level of cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
