Providing administrative support such as data entry, sorting and filing of documents
Maintaining and ordering office supplies and inventories
Documentation and simple processing duties
Handling petty cash and claims
Serve guests, walk-ins in office
Keying of invoices, credit notes via Xero Software
Replying of emails and attending to phone calls
Liaising of deliveries orders and handling documentations for freight and logistics arrangements
Supporting the Accounting department for yearly stock take
Any ad hoc duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above (in accounting/engineering is a plus)
Relevant background in accounting is a plus
Proficiency in MS office
Proficiency in Xero Software is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Good communication skills and teamwork, initiative
