- the investment process and portfolio for APAC payment rails business, and
- the product development and solutioning across payment rails and liquidity & account solutions with close collaboration with country product managers and regional product managers in ensuring quality business requirement.
Job responsibilities
- Track the investment progress of country regulatory/controls projects and new country capabilities built out for the region.
- Optimize technology resources and investments budget.
- Manage and assess overall project health and delivery status with technology partners and UAT team and represent product management in all technology release.
- Manage and drive the product development solutioning and requirements across payment rails and liquidity and accounts solutions.
- Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for payment solutions, aligning with business goals and market demands. This includes identifying opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing offerings.
- Establish and maintain governance with regular communication channels with key stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Work closely with product, operations, engineering, and functional partners including country, regional, global stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product development process.
- Engage with external partners and vendors wherever needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree on Business, Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience on Payments/ Transaction banking space with Product delivery or Product management experience.
- Proactive and creative problem solver with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in project management with a proven track record of managing and delivering projects.
- Good knowledge of payments products with a comfortable grasp of technology and operations.
- Energetic self-starter capable of multitasking and engaging with various stakeholders, including Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance, to achieve product objectives.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales, technology, operations, service, risk, compliance, and legal teams, along with strong influencing skills.
