Engagement Manager (1-Year Contract)

About the Role
We are looking for an Engagement Manager to support our industry collaboration efforts. You will play a key role in managing stakeholder engagements, preparing internal reports, and analysing ICT-related industry data.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with external stakeholders and manage engagement requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare assessments and meeting briefs
- Track and log all engagement activities and ensure timely follow-up
- Compile and analyse supplier data for reporting and submission
- Conduct research on the ICT industry landscape
- Provide ad hoc administrative or strategic support as needed
Who We’re Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the ICT industry or similar domains
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office; able to perform basic data analysis
- Experience with CRM systems and Tableau is a plus
