You lead strategic and long-term planning for Compensation and Service Injury transformation efforts, while reviewing and updating legislation, policies, processes and systems to meet organisational and user needs.

- At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR domains

- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
