Summary
The purpose of this role focuses on the whole network's Above Wings Planning for Operational implementation which comprises of Passenger related, Operation Planning, OKRs and Ops related projects. You will be part of the Ground Department and will work closely with appointed vendors as well as airport authorities and Scoot HQ to effectively manage and handle all forward planning to ensure smooth airport operations for Scoot. Thus you will also be actively involved with various stakeholders in SIN especially One Changi forum on multiple projects from current until post 2036 when T5 Ops stabilised. For overseas, you will be working closdely with Station Leads to plan and then handover for execution of initiatives/projects.Job Description
(a) Above Wings Operations
- Planning for seamless journey for passengers transfer in line with authorities regulations for TR-TR and TR-SQ connecitvity.
- Work with SIA and respective stakeholders to improve MCT 60 mins and to support network growth within the SIA group in order to reach the potential commercial objectives derived from greater connectivity at the hub.
- Work with OAL and respective stakeholders to open up more interline traffic connectivity to support network growth for the company.
- Planning for operational and customer handling to drive hub punctuality, connections and ensure highest standard of customer experience at SIN hub.
- Planning of flight handling activities at SIN Hub by leading and coordinating with the relevant airport stakeholders.
- Collaborate with overseas stations and OALs (if applicable) for operational matters and ensure smooth customer handling for upline and downline stations.
- Review of processes to eliminate issues/challenges at SIN and overseas stations.
- Tracking and collating of stations OTP, CCVRs etc
(b) Operations Planning
- Manage, oversee and lead operations planning or projects across functional teams and cross function level (Inter-Department (TR) and External Department (CAG, vendors)

- Attend operations planning related meetings with both internal (Scoot Internal Department) and external stakeholders and government agencies (E.g. CAAS, CAG, MOT, ICA External Service Provision Vendors etc)
- Coordinate with Ground Services and Ground Operations on the implementation and execution of procedure and processes
- Close coordination with SIA to improve on the operational interface within the group
- Implementation and improvement to the OTP (including 1st wave departures)
(c) OKRs
- Build short, medium and long term OKRs in line with overall management goals.
- Coordinate to achieve corporate OKRs and purpose to the team
- Station audits in preparation of CAAS/Foreign CAA regulatory audits for Passenger/Cargo/DG/Safety and Security related
