We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who brings passion and positive energy to the team. If you're a hands-on leader dedicated to top-notch service and creating a friendly, bustling environment, we'd love to have you elevate our Club's dining experience!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to create memorable experiences for members.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Implement cost control measures to maximise profitability while maintaining quality and members' experience.
- Hire, train, and support a motivated team.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
- Deliver excellent service and handle feedback with care and professionalism.
- Support and collaborate on creative campaigns that attract and engage members.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and bartenders to develop and continuously update appealing menus.
- Monitor product quality and consistency across offerings to maintain standards.
- Monitor performance, control costs, and support overall business growth.
- Prepare and submit management reports, including sales, inventory and staff performance.
- Analyse reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Any other duties as assigned to support F&B operations.
Requirements
- Possess GCE "O" level or equivalent; a diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Exhibit a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity within the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including food and beverage management.
- Great with people and committed to delivering a positive experience for members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Possess leadership qualities with excellent communication and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Possess a strong financial acumen and proven experience in managing budgets, monitoring P&L, and implementing cost control measures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
