Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. In this role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests while maintaining a productive and positive work environment for staff.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a solid understanding of restaurant operations including inventory, staffing, and compliance with health and safety regulations.s.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
- Hires and trains staff
- Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
- Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
- Manages and maintains stock inventory
- Reports daily sales and other adhoc duties assigned
- Prepare food orders.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Strong interpersonal abilities dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experienced in adhering to food handling, safety, and restaurant compliance requirements.
- Singaporean
- Immediate availability is preferred.
