Key Responsibilities
- Set up and dismantle AVL equipment including projectors, speakers, TVs, lighting fixtures, and cameras
- Run power and signal cables safely and efficiently
- Operate AVL systems during live events
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment
- Organize inventory and support warehouse operations
- Support onsite venue operations and logistics as needed
- Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks during event build and teardown
- Participate in outdoor and overseas installations (when required)
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Singapore (due to event schedule and location-specific needs)
- AVL knowledge and hands-on experience preferred
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and upgrade skills (training provided)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Flexible and able to adapt to dynamic event environments
- Able to travel for short term overseas projects
