We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant with in-depth knowledge of the Medical Cables and semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing supplier channels, conducting product testing, and leading multicultural teams across various countries. This role involves extensive travel and close collaboration with suppliers in China, Indonesia, United States and etc , as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers in China, Indonesia, and the United States .
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers in the industry.
- Manage supplier channels to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
- Conduct product lab testing and evaluation to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate cross-border teams from different countries to achieve business objectives.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to management.
- Travel extensively to meet with suppliers, attend trade shows, and explore new market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the medical cables and semiconductor industry .
- Proven experience managing supplier networks and procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience in product labs testing and quality assurance .
- Working experience in or with China, Indonesia, and the United States preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multinational teams .
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
