Responsibilities: As a Business Development and Marketing Intern, you will play an important role in our team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries and understanding their unique requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Following up on sales leads and contributing to the growth of our client base
- Actively participating in team meetings to discuss workflow and propose improvements
- Crafting engaging content in both video and graphic formats, including copywriting for headlines and captions
- Taking on challenging content creation tasks, such as producing video skits and mini-documentaries
- Gaining diverse experience in marketing for brands across different industries
