SmileTutor is an established company with over 25 employees and is currently the leading tuition provider in Singapore. The learning experience will be enriching on all facets of business. You will be exposed to working life in an SME and gain valuable skills in content writing and SEO.
SmileTutor is looking for a Business Development & Digital Marketing Intern, where you’ll work on both strategic SEO efforts and hands-on operations to deliver excellent customer service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Digital Marketing
- Conduct keyword research and assist in content optimization for better Google search rankings
- Support blog article SEO formatting, meta descriptions, and backlink outreach
- Analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Repurpose TikTok content for SEO-optimized blog/social content
- Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns across social media and content platforms
- Business Operations & Development
- Handle client inquiries and understand customer requirements
- Match students with suitable tutors using our proprietary database
- Provide admin and CRM support including Excel record-keeping and documentation
- Coordinate between tutors and clients to ensure seamless lesson arrangements
- Participate in workflow meetings and propose process improvements
- Assist in sales outreach, proposal writing, and customer follow-ups

Work Schedule: 5 Days work week ( 4 Weekdays + 1 weekend) 9am-645pm or 1015am-8pm
