- Conduct customer visit with presentation/proposal
- Quote and negotiate with customer on prices
- Manage and work on customer expectations
- Work with internal Culinary Development departments to ensure samples are ready.
- Meeting customer needs for data. E.g. reports, costing, breakdown, cost calculations
- Meeting and staying in touch with customer regularly to ensure good relationship
- Plan and organise food tasting sessions on weekly basis
- Sourcing for customer requirement of products/brands.
- Coordinate with allocated or assigned vendors to enusre smooth process flow of the business.
- Handling customer complaints and feedback
- Handle global lounge coordination and saleson for customer.
- Track product consumption and produce report using automated analytic system.
- Visiting client weekly to ensure product quality is maintained.
- Conduct random checks on Operations team on site.
- Handle and Plan forecast for customer new menu or products with on-site Team and production.
- Maintain good relationship with Customer.
- Assist in company events/functions
