This position is responsible for driving demand creation for Nitto products in the “B-to-many” market segment by leveraging unique digital infrastructure and platforms in the South Asia region. The role focuses on building and strengthening direct engagement with a wide range of end-users, in addition to the traditional distributor-based sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Demand Creation
- Identify and analyze opportunities to expand Nitto product usage in high-potential B-to-many markets (e.g., manufacturing,
- healthcare, electronics, and infrastructure industries).
- Plan and execute initiatives to stimulate demand among diverse end-users using regional digital platforms and data-driven marketing strategies.
End-User Engagement
- Establish direct contact with multiple end-users, collect feedback on product applications, and strengthen relationships to ensure sustained demand and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to maintain and enhance end-user touchpoints in markets where direct physical presence is limited, such as post-office consolidation scenarios.
Project Execution
- Lead specific projects aimed at maintaining market leadership in niche segments (e.g., in Australia), ensuring business continuity and growth despite resource constraints.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain) to execute region-specific initiatives.
Digital Infrastructure Utilization
- Implement and optimize digital tools (CRM, online platforms, social media, and B2B e-commerce) to improve market reach and engagement efficiency.
- Analyze digital engagement metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Reporting & Strategy Support
- Prepare regular reports on market trends, customer insights, and project outcomes for regional and global management teams.
- Contribute to mid- to long-term business development strategies for South Asia & Oceania.
