SmileTutor is looking for a Business Development & Digital Marketing Intern, where you’ll work on both strategic SEO efforts and hands-on operations to deliver excellent customer service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO & Digital Marketing
- Conduct keyword research and assist in content optimization for better Google search rankings
- Support blog article SEO formatting, meta descriptions, and backlink outreach
- Analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Repurpose TikTok content for SEO-optimized blog/social content Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns across social media and content platforms
Business Operations & Development
- Handle client inquiries and understand customer requirements
- Match students with suitable tutors using our proprietary database
- Provide admin and CRM support including Excel record-keeping and documentation
- Coordinate between tutors and clients to ensure seamless lesson arrangements
- Participate in workflow meetings and propose process improvements Assist in sales outreach, proposal writing, and customer follow-ups
Work Schedule: 5 Days work week ( 4 Weekdays + 1 weekend) 9am-645pm or 1015am-8pm
