Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the department manager in completing the assigned goals and instructions.
2. Be responsible for the sales of the company's curtain wall products or related materials, promote the products to be shortlisted for large-scale curtain wall projects, and achieve the sales and payment collection targets set by the company.
3. Explore new markets, develop new customers,and maintain and deepen cooperative relationships with existing customers to improve customer satisfaction.
4. Organize or conduct market research, collect market and competitor information, analyze market trends, and provide references for the company's market strategy formulation.
5. Gain an in-depth understanding of customer project requirements, provide customized solutions in line with the company's product advantages.
6. Manage project bidding, material confirmation, contract signing, etc., and follow up the entire project process to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
7. Promote products in local markets to enhance brand awareness. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management/administration, engineering, project management or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in engineering-related or building materials products.
3. Familiar with the market dynamics of doors, windows and curtain walls, understand the technical characteristics of curtain wall products and relevant industry standards.
4. Candidates with an established client network are preferred
5. Familiar with the tendering process of facade projects, with a certain ability to control project risks.
6. Keen business sense with strong insight into market changes. Have good communication, coordination, and business negotiation skills, as well as strong market analysis ability.
7. Capable of independently completing market information collection, tracking, tendering, contract negotiations, and other related tasks for projects.
