- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
- Evaluates and manages new business opportunities including shipyard business.
- Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
- Oversee all aspects of ship repair projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
- Negotiating ongoing contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Conduct progress meetings and review work schedules.
- Carry out estimation and billing work.
- Prepare and update worklist for endorsement by Owner’s Rep.
Experience
- 5-10 years experience in a commercial role in Marine or Shiprepair industry.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and communication (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).
