- Create, implement and revise Standard Operating Procedures, Guidelines, Recipes and Plating Guides.

- Delegation, monitoring and ensuring team’s effective and efficient undertaking of responsibilities

Qualifications
- Business and team oriented, driven professional
- 8 years or more of experience with French cuisine
