Working Hours: 5 Days work week, 9am - 5.30pm
Job Descriptions:
- Be the go-to partner for our key customers – build strong relationships and keep them happy
- Stay ahead of the game by collecting up-to-date forecasts to support planning and supply needs
- Process customer orders and keep everything moving smoothly to meet their requirements
- Respond to customer RFQs with speed, accuracy, and competitive solutions
- Team up with our sourcing department to find the best-fit solutions that drive growth and win deal
- Run regular Kanban/VMI reviews with customers – spot usage trends, flag End-of-Life (EOL) parts, and tackle excess stock before it piles up
- Build and manage customer kits to deliver exactly what they need, when they need it Create work orders and coordinate with the warehouse so parts get plated, dispatched, and received without a hitch
Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office package including Excel Ability to form strong relationships and maximise sales
