Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Corporate Secretarial Assistant to support our corporate secretarial team. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring that statutory and regulatory requirements are met and that clients receive high-quality, timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with ACRA and other authorities.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
- Prepare routine corporate secretarial documents such as resolutions, minutes, and annual returns.
- Support the team in client onboarding, KYC checks, and compliance monitoring.
- Handle administrative tasks including document management, data entry, and filing.
- Assist in ad-hoc corporate secretarial or administrative projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, or equivalent in related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial or related role is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act, and corporate secretarial practices is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
