Job Description:
- Handling full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial duties including Company incorporations, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going Corporate Secretarial matters for clients, etc.
- Executing e-filing of statutory records and e-stamping of transfer forms with Government agencies (ACRA and IRAS) and ensuring in compliance with legal requirements.
- Perform on-boarding and conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on the clients according to ACRA Act.
- Provide good client service and ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries.
- Monitor client deadlines and compliance with the statutory requirements.
- Update and maintain statutory registers and other Corporate Secretarial records including the Register of Controllers and Register of Nominee Directors.
- Provide administrative support on day-to-day matters such as keep track and proper filling of confidential documents in both hard and soft copy.
- Other duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- ICSA qualified
- Preferably with relevant experience in legal firms or established corporate secretarial firms
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Must have good computer skills especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive working attitude with strong initiatives and a team player
- Detail oriented and able to multitask
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work well under pressure
- Fresh graduates or those currently pursuing the ICSA course would be considered for the Assistant position
