Job Description;
- Manage a portfolio of clients.
- Assist with the registration of businesses, incorporation of companies, foreign entities, limited liability partnerships, and other business entities.
- Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial matters in compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
- Prepare directors’ resolutions, meeting minutes, statutory forms, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare XBRL financial statements.
- Perform electronic filings with ACRA and online document stamping with IRAS.
- Advise clients on compliance requirements and statutory obligations.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee client onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and due diligence checks.
- Assist clients with work pass applications and CorpPass account management.
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Perform any other corporate secretarial duties as assigned.
Job Requirements;
- ICSA qualification (or currently pursuing) and/or a Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law. Candidates without relevant qualifications but with suitable work experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with good interpersonal abilities.
- Able to handle challenges and meet tight deadlines.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in handling Singapore companies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) is preferred.
