Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Chairman.
- Able to travel frequently (around 50% of the time) for overseas business trips with Chairman.
- Support Chairman's daily activities including Company's Online Approval System, taking meeting minutes, replying emails, meeting arrangements and etc.
- Prepare / Translate reports, documents and presentation materials to be used by Chairman.
- Handle travel arrangements – flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications etc.
- Any other duties as required by the Chairman.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree from local universities or reputable universities overseas.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity as PA and Secretary.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Able to speak fluently and write well in English and Mandarin to translate documents and communicate with Mandarin-speaking business associates.
- Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
- Proficient with MS Office, Adobe, online conferencing softwares e.g. VOOV, ZOOM, TEAM and etc.
- Willing to travel frequently around 50% of the time.
- Must be able to work with flexible working hours when travelling overseas.
