Job Description:
Seeking a CEI-certified individual with experience in relevant industry to handle dispute resolution and contract-related issues. This role focuses on solving problems between clients and helpers in a professional and timely manner. Occasional sales accepted.
Responsibilities:
* Handle and resolve disputes between employers and domestic helpers
* Review and clarify contract terms and resolve misunderstandings
* Liaise with agencies and clients to ensure smooth communication
* Assist in sales or client consultations when needed
* Maintain accurate records of disputes and resolutions
Requirements:
* CEI certification is mandatory
* Prior experience in relevant industry is preferred
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently from home
