JOB DESCRIPTION
· Greet, welcome, and direct clients at main reception, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
· Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting reception area aligned with the company’s image.
· Provide front desk support to both clients and internal employees.
· Manage and optimize meeting room bookings using the internal system.
· Assist PA in the preparation of meals prior to Board/Senior Management meetings as and when required.
· Check the condition of the crockery and replace it when necessary.
· Oversee the cleanliness of executive restrooms near reception and coordinate with cleaning staff.
· Check first aid boxes at L18 regularly and replenish expired items.
· Work with HR on the onboarding of new staff for the purpose of printing name cards and requests from staff for the replenishment of name cards.
· Update Credit 360 online for #02-02/10 electricity and water consumption monthly for sustainability report.
· Assist in putting up EDM for K2K App for corporate discounts offered to Keppel staff.
· Oversee work of the tea ladies for Levels 2, 10, 11, 12 and 18 to ensure good housekeeping.
· Feedback on stock replenishment for various floors should F&B items upon tea ladies’ requests.
· Plan roster for concierge at L2, 5 and 18 on annual and/or sick leave.
· Liaise with building management for office maintenance and ad hoc repair requests.
· Support other basic administrative duties as assigned by the manager.
