Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other kitchen equipment
- Ensure all items are stored in their proper places after cleaning
- Maintain dishwashing area, sinks and floor clean and organized
- Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage appropriately
- Report any faulty or damaged equipment to the supervisor promptly
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards in a Halal kitchen environment
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
- Physically fit; able to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads (up to 20kg).
- Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Able to work on weekend/public holiday
- Monday to Friday 0900hrs - 1800hrs and Saturday 0900hrs - 1300hrs
