Functions / Responsiilities :
1. Account Management & Growth: Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise and public sector accounts within the ASEAN market.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
3. Solution-Based Selling: Lead a solution-based selling approach across the entire Citrix portfolio, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS), and NetScaler, etc.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage and build relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand their business challenges and align Citrix solutions with their IT and digital strategies.
5. Partnership & Collaboration: Work closely with partners and internal teams (e.g., technical pre-sales, professional services, marketing) to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Compliance & Procurement: Navigate and manage government procurement processes and compliance requirements for sales opportunities within the public sector.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of secure access, digital workspaces, Networking and app delivery solutions.Experience with Citrix or a competing technology is a significant advantage.
