Roles and responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to define technology roadmaps for retail transformation initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between IT teams and retail operations, ensuring seamless integration of business requirements into system design.
- Design and deliver operating frameworks for distribution, fulfillment, and workforce planning.
- Champion next-generation store concepts by embedding digital tools, automation, and customer-centric models.
- Lead programs that integrate physical and digital channels seamlessly – covering areas such as customer pick-up, reverse logistics, and marketplace alignment.
- Support the adoption of enterprise platforms for planning, execution, and monitoring.
