As they continue to grow, we are seeking an Experiences & Partnerships Manager to lead corporate sales, build strategic relationships, and create premium offerings that delight both corporate partners and high-value guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow corporate ticketing packages, VIP memberships, and group sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporations, institutions, and agencies to secure sponsorship-linked packages and entertainment deals.
- Drive venue hire and event space sales by engaging with corporate and private clients.
- Design and manage membership programmes tailored to affluent audiences, UHNWIs, and corporate partners.
- Track sales performance, set ambitious targets, and report regularly on pipeline and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to craft customised proposals, campaigns, and client experiences.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to expand business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in sales, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle venues .
- Strong corporate network and ability to connect with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Passion for arts, culture, and immersive experiences is highly desirable.
