We are looking for a proactive executive assistant to manage both the professional and personal matters for the Managing Director. This is a senior-level role suited for a mature individual who enjoys taking initiative, mobilising teams, and ensuring that the Managing Director’s priorities and directives are carried out effectively.

Job responsibilities:
- Managing the MD’s schedule, calendar, meetings, appointments, recurring commitments.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure tasks and timelines are met by liaising with the firm’s directors, lawyers and staff.
- Managing the firm’s key clients and client engagement activities.
- Document management: organisation of documents, emails, and correspondence
- Document processing: basic proofreading, formatting, engrossing letters, creating / editing PDF documents, compiling bundles etc.
- Administrative support to Managing Director: preparing for meetings, booking and reservations for appointments and travel arrangements
- Managing contact / client lists
Job requirements:
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience
- Independent and meticulous
- Good command of English language; excellent communication skills. Ability to draft emails and letters independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and outlook
- Educational requirements: Diploma and above
