Job Title: Service Crew
Location: Dhoby Ghaut
Working Hours:
- 5 to 5.5 days work week (Mon to Fri only)
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour break)
- Off on weekends and Public Holidays
Job Scope:
- Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and counter areas
- Assist in food packing and order preparation
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service
- Follow company SOPs and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Cheerful, responsible, and service-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
