Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service at counter, interacting with customers
- taking orders and providing feedback on meat products
- Offer suggestions and handle complaints from customers, listening to customers' feedback and providing good recommendations
- Able to prepare, cut, slice and pack the meat products
- Maintain cleanliness of counter area and ensure it is always clean and nice to see
- Follow food hygiene standards and ensure proper food safety and quality
- Required to follow health sanitation guidelines to ensure food hygiene standards
- Remove expired products and keep track of the expiration date
- Manage stock inventory ensure that the counter has sufficient stock
- Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed
Requirements
- Experience with food handling and customer service is required
- Some knowledge of food hygiene practices and standards
- Able to work in a team
- Able to communicate well with customers
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays
- Good attitude
