Job Description
Order Fulfillment & Shipping Coordination
- Track customer orders from production to delivery
- Arrange international shipments via FedEx and DHL which includes Regulatory and customs documentations
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of packaging components, and finished goods
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems
Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments Provide timely updates on shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues
Job requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum O-Level
- Meticulous and organised
- Familiar with the documentation of shipping (DHL, Fedex, etc)
- Customer service oriented
- Familiar with Microsoft 'Excel'
- Immediate availability
