Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Front Desk Admin Officer role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with VP and the HODs / AE, OM and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Tampines ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
1. Front-line Duties - Handling of telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
2. To provide logistical support for school events and functions
3. To perform general administrative duties which include preparation and verification of documents, as well as filing
4. Dissemination of information to school’s staff and students if necessary
5. Assist with Customer Relationships Management in the areas of data entry and other necessary administrative matters related to CRM
6. Maintain cleanliness of the General Office
7. Attend to goods delivery (to check quantity delivered and inform Good Receipt Officer or Admin Staff)
8. Attend to students leaving school early
9. Handle basic first-aid, attend to students who are unwell, and contact parents where necessary
10. Any other duties assigned by the school such as printing.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels and
- Minimum two (2) years of Front Desk/Administrative experience in a Primary School’s General Office environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel is preferred
- Pleasant & have good communication & interpersonal skills
- Disciplined, punctual, meticulous & detailed in completing tasks
- Willingness to learn & keen to take on new responsibilities
Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Working Hours:
• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
