Job Description
- Administer of MOM related matter such as WP apply, renew and cancellation.
- Handle and update information and filing of employee personnel records and database.
- Process monthly payroll.
- Assist to prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Leave Administration - track and update all leaves applications.
- Assist in the applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees’ work passes.
- Maintains company organization chart and employee directory.
- Liaise with insurance company on staff insurance and claims.
- Perform other HR or Admin and ad-hoc projects duties when required.
- Process related communications, including incoming phone calls, emails correspondence, mail and faxes.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentation slides and any correspondences with various departments.
Job Requirements
- All welcome to apply (Priority for candidate who have working experience in Singapore and can speak Chinese)
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Singapore in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource / Management or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Power Point.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Good written and communication both in English and Mandarin.
- Able to communicate in multi-languages will be added advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
