Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive company culture.
- Provide HR support to staff on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis for HR metrics and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with payroll processing and HR management systems.
