Job Title : HR Executive (Job Redesign & Career Conversion Programs)

Job Responsibilities
General HR Duties
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, payroll support, and statutory compliance (MOM, CPF, IRAS).
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation (contracts, leave, claims).
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Talent Development & Career Progression
- Support training and development initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Administer SkillsFuture, UTAP, WSQ, and other upskilling programs.
- Work with department heads to identify staff eligible for upskilling or redeployment.
Job Redesign & Career Conversion Programs (CCP)
- Lead and implement Job Redesign initiatives to align with productivity goals and digitalisation.
- Conduct job analysis, documentation, and re-scoping of roles to make them more meaningful and sustainable.
- Liaise with WSG , SSG , and appointed Programme Partners to apply for Career Conversion Programs (CCP), including:
Identify suitable CCPs for new hires or internal transfers.
Submit applications and coordinate training plans.
Monitor program milestones and reporting requirements. - Ensure compliance with funding guidelines and maintain supporting documentation.
Grant Management
- Apply for and track various government funding schemes , including:
Job Redesign Reskilling Program (JRRP)
Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG-JR)
Career Conversion Program (CCP)
Enterprise Training Support (ETS) - Prepare costings, budgets, and claims submissions.
- Monitor approval timelines and follow up on disbursements.
Stakeholder Communication
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (management, supervisors, finance) and external stakeholders (WSG, SSG, industry partners).
- Coordinate site audits and reports for grant-funded projects.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Human Resources (ACHRM) is a plus.
- WSQ qualifications in Training & Adult Education, or SSG/WSG grant management are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience.
- Prior experience in Job Redesign , Career Conversion Program (CCP) , or government grant administration is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of WSG/SSG programs , including CCPs, JRRP, and SkillsFuture initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR metrics , MOM regulations, and employment practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Meticulous with grant documentation, reporting, and auditing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience in HRMS or payroll software is a plus.
