- Able to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Clients / Customers / Corporate Associates
- Coordinate Meeting, Appointments, Schedules for the Marine Team - DAILY **
- Process Payment Invoices , Quotation to Customers, Materials Arrangement to Sites - DAILY **
- In-Charge of TIMESHEETS , WORKERS’ HR Records-Keeping Issues.- DAILY **
- Calculate Workers’ Salaries / Timesheet = 80+ workers’ - MONTHLY **
- Support On Other Secretarial Admin Work
