Responsibilities:
- In charge of full spectrum of HR functions including HR policy development, Recruitment, Training, Com & Ben etc.
- Manage and maintain employee details in HRMS
- Maintain accurate records of payroll movements and submit the payroll movements to appointed payroll vendor
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances
- Support HR admin duties
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in HR Management or any relevant studies.
- Minimum 4 years of HR full spec experience
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, CPF requirements Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
