Job Responsibilities
- Support regional HR operations across multiple subsidiaries in Asia, covering recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, promotion, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with headquarters on HR-related matters, including system enhancements, process alignment, and reporting.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between regional offices and global HR.
- Contribute to standardizing HR policies and practices across the region.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources role, with solid knowledge of HR processes
- Experience in cross-border collaboration or managing regional/global HR projects is a plus
- Proficiency in business-level English (both written and spoken) is essential. Korean language skills are also required to effectively communicate with the Korean headquarters.
