- Handle the full hiring process, including posting jobs, shortlisting, interviews, offers, and onboarding new staff.
- Prepare for new hires and staff leaving, such as setting up computers and accounts.
- Run welcome sessions for new staff and help them settle in with a buddy system.
- Keep staff records updated, prepare HR letters, and manage leave tracking.
- Process monthly payroll, work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field
- At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a Manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of HR rules, staff issues, and local employment laws.
- Able to use Microsoft Office and HR systems well.
