Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Strategy

  • Develop recruitment plans aligned with F&B business expansion (e.g., team setup for new store openings).
  • Optimize hiring processes to reduce time-to-fill for critical roles (e.g., chefs, service supervisors)


2. Employee Relations

  • Handle foreign employee work pass (WP/SP/EP) applications, renewals, and quota management.
  • Establish employee communication mechanisms to reduce attrition below industry average.


3. Compliance & Compensation

  • Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws (including MOM Employment Act and WSH workplace safety requirements).
  • Design performance-based incentive schemes.


4. Training & Culture

  • Develop frontline staff training programs.
  • Promote multicultural activities (e.g., festive celebrations) to enhance team cohesion.


Requirements

- Mandatory:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s Employment Act and foreign labor policies.
  • Proficiency in HR system and workforce scheduling software.


- Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience in the F&B industry.
  • Prior experience in chain restaurant operations.
  • IHRP certification (Singapore’s HR professional accreditation).
