Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Strategy
- Develop recruitment plans aligned with F&B business expansion (e.g., team setup for new store openings).
- Optimize hiring processes to reduce time-to-fill for critical roles (e.g., chefs, service supervisors)
2. Employee Relations
- Handle foreign employee work pass (WP/SP/EP) applications, renewals, and quota management.
- Establish employee communication mechanisms to reduce attrition below industry average.
3. Compliance & Compensation
- Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws (including MOM Employment Act and WSH workplace safety requirements).
- Design performance-based incentive schemes.
4. Training & Culture
- Develop frontline staff training programs.
- Promote multicultural activities (e.g., festive celebrations) to enhance team cohesion.
Requirements
- Mandatory:
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s Employment Act and foreign labor policies.
- Proficiency in HR system and workforce scheduling software.
- Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in the F&B industry.
- Prior experience in chain restaurant operations.
- IHRP certification (Singapore’s HR professional accreditation).
