Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff’s attendance
- Handle work pass related matters
- Strong understanding of Singapore MOM, ICA, IRAS, CPF and other relevant authorities’ regulations, procedures and policies
- Provide overall general administration support to management and department heads
- Ensuring compliance with MOM guidelines and labor regulations
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operational functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, statutory submmision, HR reporting and etc.
- Strong experience liaising with regulatory authorities & Auditor
- Any other duties assigned by the Management
