We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our Singapore Team. In this role, you will manage both Singapore campus talent acquisition initiatives and regional talent development programs across the APAC enterprise markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Campus Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective campus recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end campus initiatives, including internship programs, recruitment events, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university career offices, faculty members, student organizations, and external professional bodies.
- Handle all internal and external queries related to campus recruitment in a timely manner.
- Analyze data from recruitment events to evaluate effectiveness and provide insights to senior management.
- Regional Talent Development:
- Identify training needs through analysis and feedback to support ongoing talent development initiatives.
- Design and implement training programs that build employee capabilities across APAC markets, including Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and Australia.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent development strategies with business objectives and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Final-year university students working towards a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with diverse stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong ability to collaborate with teams across different roles and backgrounds.
- Passionate for analyzing challenges and developing creative solutions.
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and executing key activities with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Great learning agility and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
