DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

The HR Operations Intern will support the Senior Director of HR Operations in various human resources functions, including recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, training and development, and compliance. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to the success of HR initiatives across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities include:


LEARNING OBJECTIVES The intern will develop skills in job postings, resume screening, benefits enrollment, conducting salary surveys, supporting Human Capital Planning, coordinating training programs, maintaining HR records, and engaging in project management activities. This role provides a comprehensive overview of HR operations, helping the intern grow professionally and gain practical knowledge in a dynamic environment.     JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
